i am looking for to share a flat with people. i would like to room to to be a double room furnished if possible. the rent prefered per week would be £30- £45 at max with all bils included. and if it is near bede sixth form college at sunderland city college. i am a nice friendly, clean, quite female. i dont mind sharing with either sex.

The room is for me to move in around beigining or mid june.
