Our client are Global leader in the outsourcing HR Market. Our client delivers outsourced HR/ Employee services to their prestige client across Europe Middle East & Africa (EMEA). we are looking for a Senior Accountant based within their Employee Shared Service Centre.
Role
You will be responsible for:

*Own manager review of assigned country reconciliations undertaken by Manila BSR/Accounting team.
*Ensuring compliance with country reporting and control requirements.
*Issue resolution associated with assigned countries/processes for non-standard escalations.
*Conduct special analysis, research and other investigations into problems and issues associated with assigned countries/processes, owning the recommendation and implementation of solutions.
*As assigned, lead specific accounting projects for migrations, new business, re-engineering and continuous improvement.
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Continually look for ways to improve processes
* Manage workloads to strict deadlines

Ideal Person
We are looking for a candidate who has technical accounting expertise, an experienced qualified accountant, ideally with significant business experience; An advantage would be a candidate who has work experience within large international organisations. You will have highly developed customer service skills, a team player who can deliver effective collaborations with internal departments. You will be a Strong problem solver and have experience in identification and implementation of process and technical solutions.
