The Role

Part Time Outbound Sales Advisor Evenings & Weekend Hours Oct 2009 Start

You will be making outbound calls to customers to promote products to customers via a predictive dialler, identifying and promoting alternative and more complex products where applicable. Working in a fast paced and busy environment you will be confident in a sales team, achieving targets and working towards KPIs. Delivering high levels of service at all times, working within FSA regulations this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a world leading banking organisation

Experience/Qualifications
Ideally you will be from a call centre background within financial services, insurance or similar. With a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving successful results excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team are also required

LOCATION - Sunderland

SALARY - £16000- £17 595 pro rata + bonus and benefits

HOURS – Monday – Thursday 5pm-8pm Saturday 9am-3.30pm (18 hours per week) you will be expected to work every Saturday
