A new opportunity has become available working for a contact centre in Sunderland on Enterprise Business Park. The role involves taking inbound telephone calls from customers who are wishing to cancel their insurance policies, you role is to understand their reasons for wanting to cancel their policy and retaining the customer to the business.

You will be working towards targets within this role so experience of working towards is essential.

This is a permanent full time role you need to be flexible to work between 8am - 10pm Monday - Sunday. Starting salary is up to £16,000 but there is fantastic earning potential with this role as it offers uncapped commission!









The ideal candidate for this role needs to have a proven sales and customer service background. Contact centre experience is preferred for this role. Fantastic communication skills and good IT skills are essential.
