You can improve your stability, flexibility and joint mobility whilst reducing stress levels and tension, in a small group setting, for a more personalised approach.
Join us at Farringdon Pavilion Studio, Farringdon Community Sports College Sunderland. Our studio has air conditioning, sprung wooden floor, and mats are provided, although you are welcome to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing and we'll see you there!
