This award-winning venue is looking for a Chef de Partie to join its existing kitchen team.

As a Chef de Partie, you will assist in the smooth running of the hotel kitchen by preparing and presenting food to a high standard, and maintaining hygiene practices. You will follow standard food specifications with a high level of performance and presentation and will ensure minimum food wastage in the kitchen.

You will be working in a great environment within wonderful surrounds and have excellent opportunity for progression within your skill. You will be assisting some of the top chefs in the Northeast and will be encouraged to train and learn on the job. This can only be for the charismatic chef who is looking to enhance their skills and take on new ideas and new methods of cooking. This really is a good stepping stone for someone to attain flair and charisma and style to their cooking skills.

Salary: £12,000 - £16,000 depending on experience
