Central London Zone 2 South East. Friendly but unintrusive well travelled and cultured Homeowner looking for honest, mature, over 25 years of age, hard working, clean living person(s) wanting to EXchange skilled work for Short term comfortable spacious accommodation in Zone 2 Central London in large private terraced house with Organic urban/wildlife Garden established from waste ground. Experience/qualifications and ability in the any of the following tasks are needed:
BUILDING WORKS- removal of old disconnected boiler and repair of hole in brickwork
PLUMBING - installation of outside water tap
ELECTRICS - Installation of Bathroom Ventilation fan
CARPENTRY - Shelving & Boxing in, Window Frame repairs
PAINTING & DECORATING - Preparation, making good, painting
PLASTERING - Ceiling & Wall repairs
Other DIY tasks
GARDENING - Autumn Planting, Compost collection, Digging & Pruning - (Ladders will be used). More jobs as seasons progress.

Private bedroom & shared kitchen, bathroom, living room. Very quiet location but Close to local amenities, and public transport. Nearest tube Canada Waters Rail/DLR Greenwich/Cutty Sark. Scheduling of ratio of 20 hours skilled work for 7 days accommodation and meals are flexible but by prior individual arrangement and agreement. (eg: shorter than a week stays, shorter hours and self catering available)
Exchange emails and/or talk over the phone first to get to know more about each other and to come to an arrangement.
Xchange schedule will be written down after agreement is reached. (Especially important for visitors whose first language is not English). Proof of ID, eg: UK home address,passports, visas and skills experience and character references will be sought A signed undertaking that you have understood the mutally agreed conditions is essential.
