Computers 4 Africa Appeal..... Got old IT Equipment? You could give it to us to recycle and make a difference!

Computers 4 Africa would love you to donate your redundant PCs, laptops and any other working IT Equipment. All donated IT equipment will be sent to schools, libraries and specific projects across Africa and will be used to teach children vital skills which they would not otherwise have the opportunity to acquire.

On Tuesday 3rd and Wednesay 4th November 2009 Computers 4 Africa will be holding an appeal at Former Focus, St Helen Way, Bishop Auckland, Co Durham, DL14 9AZ [see www.computers4africa.org.uk for more details). You are welcome to drop in and donate your unwanted PC’s, laptops, notebooks, monitors, etc that are less than 5 years old and that are in working condition as we are unable to accept faulty items. We plan to be in Bishop Auckland four times a year so bear us in mind if you have any redundant IT equipment in the future PLEASE don’t forget .
You can check out future appeal dates on the web site www.computers4africa.org.uk
Computers 4 Africa’s desire is to see children in Africa reach their full potential. Although we know that computer lessons are not the only way to educate a child, IT education is a useful tool that provides a child with the opportunity to develop a skill that can transform his or her life and the lives of their future families.
As a result of your efforts, children in need will not only be cared for, but empowered
