Looking for preferably a young FEMALE professional or post-grad/mature student to share a two bedroom flat in Ashbrooke, Sunderland. Flat is fully furnished with ONE SINGLE room available immediately.

The bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Fully furnished, internet, close to city campus, city centre and metro.Bills are not included with the rent but they are pretty cheap anyway.

I am a social, friendly, professional person, looking for similar housemate -a tidy reliable and trustworthy person. I only ask that there is no smoking and no pets in the flat,party animals and DSS not welcomed.
