This pole dancing kit is appropriate for beginner through the advanced pole dancer!

Fits Ceilings 7ft 5” – 8ft 5” (224cm – 256cm).

This Pole needs a single Screw Fixing at the top.

The Pole is then held securely in place with a strong spring action internal to pole.

The fixed ceiling Rose can be left in place while the 3 Pole Sections and the Base Plate can be quickly and easily removed/fitted.


The instructional DVD is taught by Kate and Symone, and they are professional pole dancing instructors. They will teach pole dancing moves and routines in a step-by-step methodology, as taught during a 4 week course!

You will learn an introduction to beginner and advanced routines, detailed pole dancing isolation moves, important warm up tips and techniques, detailed dance tips, techniques and diagrams, and dance routines.
