I am in need of room for the summer in sunderland. july the 1st to september the 1st is ideal.

I am willing to pay up to 40 pound a week for the rent if I am happy with the place on viewing. (the cheaper the better though)

I have lived in sunderland for the past 4 years so I know the area. city centre or walking distance from the centre is perfect.
