Title : Implementation Manager


Responsible to: Programme Manager

Car Status: Essential

Role: To implement regional and sub regional recruitment portals for the public sector across England.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. To ensure recruitment and retention portals are delivered effectively into selected regions to the specification of the region’s client organisations.
2. To ensure the project’s family of portals is able to federate and share recruitment and retention information with appropriate national and regional organisations and partnerships.
3. To ensure appropriate communication and marketing to job seekers within regions, between regions and nationally.
4. To work effectively with the other team members, principally the technical manager and the supplier.



Principal Accountabilities

1. To initiate and project manage delivery of online recruitment portals into selected regions and sub regions using a common platform established and developed by the project.
2. To ensure effective collaborative working between client organisations within regions and sub regions.
3. To ensure that the portal offers quality and best value, and complies with client organisation policies.
4. To ensure benefit realisation processes are effectively implemented and monitored within regions and sub regions.
5. To engage with prospective clients within regions and sub regions.
6. To drive continuous improvement process within the portal and in the interface with clients processes.
7. To represent the partnership, acting as a change management champion.
8. To carry out similar duties and responsibilities commensurate with a post at this level and at the direction of the Programme Manager.
