Room available is shared in a house between 3 other lads, all of whom are students at the university, and is well looked after. It is also a non-smoking environment, situated on Pensher Street. It is minutes away from chester road shops. Considering the location and the size of the room, price of the room is perfect for a student studying at the university. It will be very hard to beat or even match the price for the size of the room. Currently there are two double beds and two desks in the room, which gives you an indication of the size.

The house also has a garden perfect for bbq's, a newly fitted well maintained kitchen with dryer and washing machine, and bathroom with electric fitted shower.
