For sale is the excellent Meridian G08 CD upsampling 24 bit player. It was bought new from Grahams Hi Fi in North London in early 2005 and is in perfect working condition. Cosmetic condition is a genuine 9/10, there is some very minor wear on the front buttons but the mirror finish on the top is unscratched, as is the rest of the side and top. Input voltage is 220 - 240 V (for countries with different voltages please contact your Meridian dealer about changing the voltage). It plays all formats of CD including MP3 files burnt onto a CD (which actually sound surprisingly good!).

It is very solidly built, surprisingly heavy, with a mirrored top that you should be able to see on the photos. All the usual outputs including balanced and optical are available. If you haven't heard of it, do a search to find the many positive reviews.





I've been very happy with the player, it has a lovely non-fatiguing sound which you can listen to for hours and has given me absolutely no problems. However, I'm moving to separate transport and DAC so it is on the market.

Included is the extremely flexible MSR+ remote control. This can be programmed to control other equipment too - I used it for my Sony TV, DVD and VCR plus a Linn preamp as well as the CD player. This has been used a little more and cosmetic quality is 7/10 with a couple of small scuff marks.

All manuals are included (including for the MSR+), plus the original mains lead and optical out cable.
