22 year old single mother with 8 month old daughter looking for a house or apartment with a minimum of 2 bedrooms in SOUTH SUNNDERLAND

Must accept DSS initially as I have recently been made redundant however I do have a full time job starting end of January

Willing to pay upto a maximum of £475 pcm

Ideally wanting to live in areas around Farringdon, Easr Herrington, Moorside, Mill Hill, Lakeside Village, Thorney Close, Springwell, Plains Farm, Humbledon.

Will consider other areas

Am looking to move within next 2 month

I am interested in furnished or unfurnished properties
