Due to a huge increase in business we are currently recruiting another full time supervisor for a busy branded restaurant in Durham city centre.

As well as being trained in running shifts you will be also be given the opportunity to be fully trained over a period of months in all aspects of running a branded restaurant, including ordering, stock take, training etc.

Once fully trained you will be running your own shifts and will be responsible for ensuring all standards of customer service, health and safety and financial procedures are adhered to on your shift.

This is a supervisory level position and would be ideally suited to someone in a similar level hospitality role or an experienced waiter/ess with strong leadership skills looking to further progress their restaurant career.

We would also be interested in hearing from those with other managerial/supervisory or customer service based experienced who feel they have suitable attributes for this role.

There is a lot of training and development involved in this role with ample opportunity to progress into more senior management positions for the right candidate. We would therefore be looking to recruit someone looking for a long term position.

The position would include day and evening shifts, some will finish later than the public transport hours.

This is a full time, hourly paid position with gratuities which would be comparable to a salaried assistant manager position whilst allowing more flexibility than a salaried role.
