We are now looking for a Sous Chef to help create a truly out of this world dining experience for our residents and the general public.

We need someone who is going to truly embrace the essence of this exciting new boutique hotel concept. We will be offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner in our elegant French themed restaurant and terrace and want someone to join the team and surpass all expectations.

Are you the one who can bring your experience and creativity and assist our head chef in this very publicised and high profile new venue for the North?
