We are a South Tyneside based small building & roofing company looking for an experianced joiner - mulit skilled operative to work on domestic and commercial projects.
This position would suit an experianced time served joiner who has been in the trade for a few years and vast knowledge of all trades. We are looking for someone who can fit kitchens, bathrooms therefore good plumbing skills are essential. It would also be good if skilled in other trades but most of all your 1st and 2nd fix joinery skills and experiance must be spot on Plastering, roofing and groundwork skills would also be a very good advantage.Timewasiter will be chased immediately.

Due to recession we can only offer 20 hours per week on the books at a rate of £8.00 per hour increasing to 40 hours as and when times change. At present plenty of overtime is available cash in hand!.

You do a good decent honest days work and you will be looked after. Take liberties and you will be chased!.

You will be required to drive a company vehicle therefore a full driving licence is essential. Also for insurance purposes you must be over the age of 25.
