I have one large double room to rent now and another as of the 1st of June. This is a very large victorian terrace where i live. It is 350 a month all bills included. All you will need to pay for is your own food.

The house is spacious and modern furnished and is a 2 minute walk away from the Royal Hospital and close to Millfield Metro and main bus routes.

The house was tastefully modernised last year, with large communial areas and all modern accessories, including a dishwasher, washing and dryer, american fridge freezer, large range cooker.

I'm a very friendly guy, a teacher who appreciates the quiet but also like to let my hair down when I get chance!
