The flat is located in Prague 5, next to the Nove Butovice metro station (line B). It's only 11 minutes to the city centre from here and the service is very frequent (3-7 minutes between trains depending on the time/day). There is also a direct public bus link to the airport, which takes 35 minutes and goes every half hour. It's a nice, safe area with lots of good bars, restaurants, shops and parks nearby, including the Prokopske Udoli (valley) nature reserve. Great for walking,climbing and cycling.

The flat consists of:

* One bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, lamps, desk and chair.

* One bedroom with two single beds, bedside cabinet, lamps and two
wardrobes.

* Large front room with a sofa that can open out make another, very comfortable double bed.

* Fully-fitted kitchen.

* Separate toilet and bathroom, renovated to a high standard last summer with excellent shower.

* Huge, south-facing balcony with tables and chairs and some nice views (see photo).

Full use of all the facilities including computer with broadband, internet, TV and Xbox. All bedding, pillows and towels are included for up to six people. Both of the bedrooms had new windows installed last month so are very quiet.

The whole flat is available for:
£90 - one night
£165 - two nights
£225 - three nights

Alternatively, if you would like to rent one bedroom, it will be £25 per night for the room. In that case, the chances are you'll be sharing the flat with me then, particularly from Monday to Thursday. But I'm easy to get along with and the flat is spacious. No need to pay anything until you arrive.
