Hello,

I am moving back to South Shields at the end of November for work and family.

I am looking ideally somewhere around the Westoe area for a flat that will accept my two small dogs. I am not bothered whether it is furnished or not, a one bedroom or a two bedroom the only thing I need is a little garden!

I am relucntant to go through a letting agent due to the fees they charge, however I am more than happy to pay a bit extra in my deposit for my dogs.

I am looking for around 425pcm, absolutely maximum!

I can supply a work reference and a previous landlord reference, as well as having a guarantor.
