We are presently recruiting for an experienced Home Manager (RGN/RMN Qualified) to join a brand new home in Gateshead. This home is the latest addition for a highly regarded Care Home provider in the North East.

Catering for up to 22 residents, this home specialises in the care of younger people with varying physical and neuro conditions such as cerebral palsy, epilepsy and head/brain injury.

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the full day to day running of the home. You will ensure high standards of care are met and maintained at all times. Other responsibilities will include:

• Staff management, training and development
• Budget control
• Health and Safety
• Management of rotas and payroll
• Ordering of supplies and home provisions

The successful candidate must be highly motivated with experience of working at a senior level. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and clinical skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark within a new home.
