I am looking for a clean, friendly and respectful housemate, male or female with a good sense of humour to live in a lovely 2 bed house in High Barnes. I don't accept housing benefit.

The room is newly decorated and has a single bed, wardrobe and bedside table as well as a TV, DVD Player and Free view box. You will also be able to access the internet via WiFi.

Situated within a 5 minute walk from hospital and local amenities. Good access to public transport.

£85 per week, includes rent and utilities.
